How to connect a stimulus controller inside a turbo frame?

I have a frame updated by a link who display an article.

Inside is article, I have a stimulus data-controller, but the controller is not connected when the frame is updated, why please?

I have set manualy the turbo and stimulus version inside my gemfile, all is ok now.
