Turbo Stream Broadcast not updating view

I have a Turbo Stream which is not updating the view and I’m not sure why. I have two other broadcasts setup in a similar configuration which are working fine.

Everything looks like it should be working from what I can see, I’m just not getting the update on the front end. Am I missing something obvious?

# partial
<%= turbo_stream_from 'team_players' %>
<div id="players_<%= dom_id(team)%>"
	<% team.players.each do |player| %>
		<%= render player %>
	<% end %>
</div>
# player model
class Player < ApplicationRecord
belongs_to :team

    after_create_commit  do
        broadcast_prepend_to(
            'team_players',
            target: "players_team_#{team.id}",
            locals: { player: self }
        )

    end
end

One possibility is that their is already the player existing in another team. In this case

<div id="player_team_1">
  <div id="player_1">
  </div>
</div>

<div id="player_team_2">
</div>

if you tried to broadcast the player_1 to the player_team_2 it would find the existing element with the same id in player_team_1 and replace it
