Turbo is much more than just a new version of Turbolinks. While Turbolinks worked basically just with links, Turbo supports also forms and brings in frames, streams, etc.
In other words, Turbolinks is now a part of Turbo and it is called Turbo Drive: https://turbo.hotwire.dev/handbook/drive
