I18n for Hotwire/Stimulus/Turbo documents

I’d like to contribute to document translation (EN->JA) for Hotwire/Stimulus/Turbo (especially for Stimulus) if possible.

Currently it looks that the following repositories are not ready for document I18n by now:

As far as I see, the following plugin might help us:
