Do the Turbo IOS/Android apps support native push notifications (ie requesting permission, getting tokens)? If not, is this on the roadmap?

Nothing built-in. You’ll have to do that on your own. Don’t think it’s a fit for Turbo either, since there’s nothing about HTML in those notifications.
